Art is a record of time spent, a physical manifestation of presence and purpose. Through repetition, we find meditation; through safety, we find connection.

Christopher Paul Dean is a British-born artist based in Atlanta whose work explores the intersection of safety and meditation through repetitive patterns and industrial materials.

After earning his BA in Contemporary Applied Arts from the University of Hertfordshire, he completed his MFA in Sculpture at SCAD Atlanta. His artistic practice transforms common safety signage and colors into contemplative installations that invite viewers to experience familiar warnings in new contexts.

Dean has exhibited internationally, including shows in London, NYC, Dallas, and at Art Basel Miami Beach, with his most notable public installation at the Georgia Tech Campus Safety Building. His experience as a studio assistant for renowned artists like Gabriel Dawe and Bojana Ginn has informed his professional practice, while his ongoing exploration of pattern and presence continues to shape his contributions to contemporary art.
