Ron Sherman has been a working photographer for the last fifty years.
Ron's assignments have been published in national magazines ranging from Time, LIfe, Newsweek, Business Week, Forbes, Inside Sports, and Sports Illustrated.
His photographs are on display at the Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic Site, the Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture, and the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.
The Ron Sherman photograph collection at Emory University's Stuart A. Rose Manuscript, Archives, and Rare Book Library includes 273,678 negatives, 747 silver gelatin prints, 7,910 contact sheets, 142,800 slides, and 39,675 digital files. The collection also has correspondence, appointment books, phone call record books, and printed material.
